Welcome to CozyNightSeries. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at events and experiences organised, promoted, or presented by CozyNightSeries (“CozyNightSeries”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending a CozyNightSeries event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. TICKETS & ENTRY
1.1. A valid ticket is required for entry to all ticketed CozyNightSeries events.
1.2. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and ticket category stated on the ticket.
1.3. Each ticket admits only the number of persons specified under the applicable ticket category.
1.4. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, resold, or reproduced for unauthorised use.
1.5. CozyNightSeries reserves the right to verify tickets at the point of entry and refuse admission where a ticket is deemed invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise improperly obtained.
1.6. Attendees may be required to present their ticket and, where applicable, a valid form of identification at entry.
1.7. Late arrival does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund or partial refund.
2. TICKET SALES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
2.1. All ticket purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policy communicated for the specific event.
2.2. Unless otherwise expressly stated, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
2.3. Where an event is cancelled by CozyNightSeries, ticket holders will be informed of the available options, which may include a refund, transfer to a rescheduled event, or another remedy determined by CozyNightSeries.
2.4. Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to the terms communicated by CozyNightSeries.
2.5. CozyNightSeries is not responsible for a customer's inability to attend an event due to personal circumstances, travel difficulties, change of plans, illness, or other reasons unrelated to the organisation or cancellation of the event.
2.6. Where refunds are approved, applicable processing or payment-provider charges may be deducted where permitted by law and communicated to the customer.
3. EVENT CHANGES
3.1. CozyNightSeries reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to the programme, entertainment, activities, schedule, participating vendors, venue arrangements, or other event details.
3.2. Where circumstances outside our reasonable control require changes to an event, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to ticket holders.
3.3. Event programmes, performers, activities, menus, and other advertised elements may be subject to change.
4. VENUE & EVENT ACCESS
4.1. Attendees must comply with the rules and reasonable instructions of CozyNightSeries, event staff, security personnel, and the relevant venue.
4.2. CozyNightSeries reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove an attendee whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
4.3. No refund will ordinarily be provided where an attendee is refused entry or removed from an event due to their conduct or breach of these Terms.
4.4. Certain events may have age restrictions. Where applicable, the relevant age requirement will be clearly stated on the event page and/or ticket.
5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
5.1. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.
5.2. CozyNightSeries and its event partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.3. Attendees should avoid bringing prohibited items to events.
6. PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following may be prohibited unless expressly authorised for a particular event:
- Weapons or dangerous objects
- Illegal substances
- Items capable of causing injury or disruption
- Unauthorised professional recording or production equipment
- Outside food or beverages where prohibited by the venue
- Any other item restricted by the venue or event organisers
Attendees must not:
- Engage in violence, harassment, intimidation, or threatening behaviour
- Damage venue or event property
- Deliberately disrupt the event or activities
- Engage in unlawful activity
- Disregard reasonable instructions from event staff or security
- Engage in conduct that materially compromises the safety or enjoyment of other attendees
CozyNightSeries reserves the right to determine, in accordance with applicable law and venue policies, whether an item or behaviour presents a safety or operational concern.
7. FOOD & BEVERAGES
7.1. Food and beverages served or sold at an event may be provided by independent venue or catering partners.
7.2. Attendees are responsible for informing relevant food vendors of known allergies or dietary restrictions before consuming food.
7.3. CozyNightSeries cannot guarantee that food prepared by third-party vendors will be free from specific allergens unless expressly stated by the vendor.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA
8.1. CozyNightSeries events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, editorial, social media, archival, and marketing purposes.
8.2. By attending a CozyNightSeries event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video recordings, or other event media.
8.3. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you grant CozyNightSeries permission to use your image or likeness captured incidentally during the event for legitimate promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

9. CHILDREN & MINORS
9.1. Where minors are permitted to attend an event, they must comply with the applicable age requirements and supervision rules communicated for that event.
9.2. Parents, guardians, or accompanying adults are responsible for minors in their care at all times.
9.3. CozyNightSeries does not assume responsibility for supervising children or minors unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. HEALTH, SAFETY & OUTDOOR EVENTS
10.1. Some CozyNightSeries experiences may take place outdoors and may involve weather conditions, uneven surfaces, seating arrangements, games, physical activities, or other environmental factors.
10.2. Attendees should dress appropriately and take reasonable care of their personal health and safety.
10.3. Attendees must follow all reasonable health and safety instructions issued by event staff, venue personnel, or security.
10.4. Where an event includes physical games or activities, attendees participate voluntarily and should consider their own physical limitations before participating.
11. LIABILITY
11.1. CozyNightSeries will take reasonable steps to organise events safely and professionally.
11.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CozyNightSeries will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from an attendee's attendance at an event.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & PARTNERS
12.1. CozyNightSeries may work with venues, restaurants, vendors, entertainers, ticketing platforms, transportation providers, photographers, sponsors, and other third-party service providers.
12.2. Certain services provided at an event may be subject to the terms, policies, or conditions of the relevant third-party provider.
12.3. Where a third-party provider is responsible for a particular service, CozyNightSeries will not be responsible for matters arising solely from that provider's independent operations, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. PROMOTIONS, GIVEAWAYS & PRIZES
13.1. Promotional activities, games, giveaways, competitions, and prizes may be offered at selected events.
13.2. Eligibility requirements and specific rules may apply to individual promotions or competitions.
13.3. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted where circumstances reasonably require.
13.4. Prizes generally cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
14.1. Information collected during ticket purchases, registrations, mailing-list subscriptions, or event participation may be used to process bookings, communicate event information, provide customer support, and administer CozyNightSeries activities.
14.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
14.3. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you consent to receiving essential communications relating to your booking and the event.
14.4. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and any preferences or choices made by the customer.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1. CozyNightSeries branding, logos, graphics, written content, photographs, videos, designs, event concepts, and other materials produced by or for CozyNightSeries are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
15.2. No material belonging to CozyNightSeries may be reproduced, commercially exploited, or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
16. WEBSITE USE
16.1. Information provided on the CozyNightSeries website is intended to provide general information about our events and experiences.
16.2. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but event details may change.
16.3. Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
17.1. CozyNightSeries will not be liable for failure, delay, cancellation, or alteration of an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17.2. Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, security incidents, venue-related circumstances, strikes, infrastructure failures, or other events that make it impractical or unsafe to proceed.
17.3. Where such circumstances affect an event, CozyNightSeries will communicate material changes to attendees and determine the appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
18.1. CozyNightSeries may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our events, operations, legal requirements, or policies.
18.2. The latest version will be published on the CozyNightSeries website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or a CozyNightSeries event shall be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties and, where necessary, through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable Nigerian law.
